1. The services of the ZeroBet.ro platform are provided by PRIME TECH DEVELOPMENT SRL, hereinafter referred to as the Platform Operator.
2. ZeroBet.ro is an entertainment/gaming platform offered to users free of charge, on a “free-to-play” basis, with no real stake.
3. This document sets out the Terms and Conditions under which the services of the ZeroBet platform are provided, applicable to the use of ZeroBet.ro, accessed via the internet or mobile applications. By accessing and using ZeroBet, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted:
○ this document (ZeroBet T&C),
○ the Privacy Notice,
○ the specific rules of each game on ZeroBet.
Logging into the ZeroBet.ro platform may be performed by the user only if they fully and unconditionally accept the conditions in the documents mentioned above and the rules applicable to the use of the platform.
Logging into the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance for the provision of services to the user within the limits and in accordance with the terms and conditions of provision.
4. Within and in the context of these T&C, the following terms have the meaning given by these definitions:
○ Platform Operator / Operator: the provider of entertainment services through the ZeroBet platform
○ User: a person who has created an account on ZeroBet for the purpose of using the services provided through the platform
○ EuroCoins: digital points with no value in money or products in real life, purely functional in nature, usable exclusively on ZeroBet.ro for conducting the game session and measuring the outcome of the games accessed by the user.

5. Access to the ZeroBet.ro platform is permitted only to users who are at least 18 years of age.
6. The user undertakes to use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, without attempting to copy, modify, disable, or manipulate the platform's functions.
7. The following are strictly forbidden:
○ the use of automated programs (“bots”),
○ the exploitation of technical errors,
○ the creation of multiple accounts,
○ any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or activity that affects the proper functioning of the games.
8. The Operator may restrict access to the platform at any time for:
○ maintenance,
○ updates,
○ suspicions of abusive use,
○ technical or security reasons.

9. The user creates an account on the ZeroBet.ro platform by providing an e-mail address or may authenticate (log in) directly using the personal account already held on the Konto.com platform. Except for the authentication function, there is no other form of operational, commercial, or other association between the ZeroBet.ro platform and the Konto.com platform.
10. The user is responsible for:
○ the confidentiality of login details,
○ the activities carried out in their account,
○ updating personal data
11. The Operator may suspend or close the account of any user in the event of:
○ a finding of non-compliance with these T&C,
○ a finding of fraudulent behaviour,
○ receipt of a request from the user,
○ the occurrence of a legal or security requirement.
12. The user has the right to request at any time the permanent deletion of their account and the data associated with it. The user account deletion operation can be performed directly from the application or by sending a request to info@zerobet.ro.

13. EuroCoins are points with no real financial, economic, or monetary value, created by the Operator exclusively for the functionality of the platform. They may be acquired by the user as follows:
○ they may be granted and distributed by the platform
○ they may be won by participating in the games available on the platform
○ they may be obtained as a result of purchasing packages (packs/combo packs) on the platform
The user understands, accepts, and acknowledges that EuroCoins points are not and cannot become the personal property of the user, being and remaining under the exclusive control of the Operator regardless of the manner in which they are acquired.
14. EuroCoins are granted free of charge by the Operator to users registered on the ZeroBet platform, periodically, from time to time, in the amount unilaterally established by the Operator. No user is entitled to expect, nor has the right to claim, under any circumstances, the free and periodic granting of EuroCoins in an amount other than that unilaterally established and distributed by the Operator. The Operator may grant preferential amounts of EuroCoins only to certain categories of users, based on objective criteria, such as activity, account seniority, etc.
14. The daily amount of EuroCoins granted to the user is at the Operator's discretion.
15. EuroCoins are required for access to the games on the ZeroBet platform and for the use of these games. EuroCoins may be won or lost within the entertainment games available on the platform, as a result of the user's actions in the game and in accordance with the rules of each game.
16. Users understand, accept, and acknowledge that EuroCoins:
○ are not a real virtual currency
○ do not represent a means of payment or a financial asset
○ cannot be traded, cannot be converted into money, crypto-assets, or any other goods/benefits with economic value, cannot be sold for a price, cannot be exchanged for goods or other benefits with economic value, and do not have, in any way or under any circumstances, financial, monetary, or economic value
○ cannot be transferred to other persons, with the exception of in-platform transfers between users, but only in the situations and under the conditions strictly and expressly established by the Operator
○ do not and cannot create expectations of financial gain
○ serve only as an implicit limit on the ability to participate in the entertainment games offered on the platform.

18. Each user has the option to purchase additional packages of EuroCoins through the purchase function via the ZeroBet.ro platform (online or in the application). All purchases are exclusively optional. Purchases are not necessary or mandatory for access to the platform, for the use of its functionalities, or for users' participation in games.
19. The purchased EuroCoins packages have no financial, economic, or monetary value of their own; they do not constitute deposits of money, stakes, game participation fees, or the like.
20. Users understand, accept, and acknowledge that in-platform purchases do not offer the possibility of winning prizes of any nature with economic value, including real money or any form of legal tender, goods, benefits, services, etc.
19. All financial transactions for the purchase of EuroCoins packages are processed exclusively, securely, and independently through the online payment processor “Stripe”.
20. Users understand, accept, and acknowledge that they are fully and exclusively personally responsible for the correctness of the purchase details (the object of the purchase, quantities, payment information, etc.) and undertake to verify this correctness before confirming the operation and the payment.
21. Except in cases imposed by law, all purchases of EuroCoins packages are final and non-refundable from the moment the purchased EuroCoins package is allocated and visible in the user's account, regardless of whether the user has used, in whole or in part, the purchased EuroCoins package.

22. All games are free and do not involve the payment of any participation fee, but may be played only within the limit of the EuroCoins existing in the user's account.
23. Participation in games may lead to winning additional EuroCoins or losing held EuroCoins. All winnings and losses are subject to verification by the Operator. Winnings have no real economic value.
24. Each game has specific rules, entry levels, and winning modes. The matching of players is done automatically based on ZeroBet criteria. For 1-vs-1 games, only the winner receives EuroCoins, in accordance with the rules of the game.
25. The Operator may modify at any time the rules of the games, the winning criteria, or other characteristics.
26. Any fraudulent use, technical manipulation, exploitation of game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behaviour is forbidden. Penalties may include the cancellation of winnings and the suspension of the account.
27. In the event of a technical error, the Operator has the right to correct inaccurate values in the user's account.

28. The ZeroBet platform is dedicated exclusively to social games of the “Social Casino” type, with no real stakes, being developed strictly for the purposes of entertainment and personal recreation of users. The ZeroBet platform does not offer or facilitate gambling activities, betting, or any other similar activities that involve the existence of a stake or contribution of real money or other economic values in exchange for the chance to win a prize with financial, economic, or monetary value.
29. EuroCoins points received, obtained by purchasing packages, or won in games on the ZeroBet.ro platform have no financial, economic, or monetary value in the real world, but rather a purely formal and symbolic character for the functionality of the games. The user understands and accepts that they cannot, under any form and under no circumstances, be exchanged, traded, sold, withdrawn, or redeemed in the form of real money, crypto-assets, physical prizes, or other goods or benefits with financial, economic, or monetary value in real life.
30. Participation in the games on the platform and the results obtained in games represent exclusively virtual simulations. The skills practised or the success recorded within these social games do not represent an indicator and do not guarantee, reflect, or imply in any way potential future achievements within gambling activities or games with real stakes.

31. Although through the ZeroBet.ro platform we offer users exclusively games with no real stakes, we fully support the responsible use of our services. Social games can create habits and, in the absence of moderation, can lead to patterns of excessive use or compulsive behaviour.
32. We encourage all users to adopt a moderate and balanced style of play and recommend consciously managing the time spent on the online platform and/or in the application.
33. To ensure a healthy digital environment, users have full control over their account. Users have the option to request the limitation of daily access time, the restriction of the volume of purchases, the voluntary suspension of the user account, or voluntary self-exclusion.
34. All requests regarding the application of these measures can be sent to the e-mail address info@zerobet.ro. We recommend that you prioritise your personal balance and use these tools whenever the games offered by the platform no longer represent merely a simple form of entertainment and recreation.

35. The processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with EU legislation (Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data - GDPR). The Operator may process users' personal data for:
○ creating and administering the user account,
○ participation in campaigns,
○ fraud prevention,
○ operational communications.
36. For ZeroBet campaigns, certain technical and behavioural data may be analysed exclusively for the detection of abuse and the improvement of the experience.
37. The user's rights regarding their personal data processed by the Operator (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) may be exercised in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
38. In the case of online or in-app purchases, the bank card details and the actual processing of the payment are handled exclusively by the partner payment processor “Stripe”. The Operator does not collect, store, or have access to the complete data of users' bank cards.

39. The Operator reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time, the modification being available and applicable immediately.
40. The user is obliged to periodically check these T&C. Continued use of the services offered by the Operator constitutes acceptance of them.
41. ZeroBet is an entertainment platform. The Operator does not guarantee the results of the games, the continuous availability of the service, the absence of technical errors, or specific advantages for users.
42. The Operator is not liable for the loss of EuroCoins as a result of participation in games, the user's technical problems (internet, device, software), unauthorised access to the user account caused by the user's negligence, or obvious errors in campaigns or games that are subsequently corrected.
43. All ZeroBet elements (code, design, logo, texts, games, mechanics, databases) are the property of the Operator. The user does not have the right to copy, distribute, or reproduce any element without the written consent of the operator.
44. This document is governed by Romanian law, and any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
45. The user declares that they have full legal capacity and that they fully understand these T&C, which they unconditionally accept.
